FUEL For Thought Linkedin Series - First Guest Has Been Revealed!

We are thrilled to announce that the very first event in our brand new series; ‘FUEL For Thought’, will be taking place next Wednesday 27th November on LinkedIn Live. This episode will feature our very own Director of Brand Experience, Jonny Boyle, in conversation with the one and only Louise O’Reilly, Chief Executive of Business to Arts; a charitable organisation that brings the business and arts worlds together through purposeful partnerships.

After the huge success of our recent LinkedIn Live event discussing the best of Brand Experience throughout summer 2024, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new LinkedIn Live series: FUEL For Thought.

Hosted by our Director of Brand Experience Jonny Boyle, we will hear from the thought-leaders, makers, creators and game-changers in brand experience today.

Each episode will delve into emerging trends, trailblazing innovations and transformative ideas, sharing important insights, predictions, and tips from the who’s who of the brand and marketing industry; from renowned experts to unsung heroes.

Event 1: Cultural Strategies with Louise O’Reilly of Business To Arts

The first event in the FUEL For Thought series will be taking place next Wednesday 27th November at 1pm on LinkedIn Live. This episode will feature our very own Director of Brand Experience, Jonny Boyle, in conversation with the one and only Louise O’Reilly, Chief Executive of Business to Arts; a charitable organisation that brings the business and arts worlds together through purposeful partnerships.

This discussion will take you behind the scenes of cultural strategies; the value they bring to your business and brand, and the interesting role the arts play in shaping culture. With 20 years of experience beyond her current role, Louise’s insight is truly fascinating;  spanning  art, science and technology, business and social innovation. 

Whether you are a marketer, artist, cultural creator or if you are just looking to stay ahead of the curve, this is a deep dive into understanding the power of  the arts to FUEL business growth.

About Louise O’Reilly

Louise O’Reilly has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering mission-led strategic initiatives and special projects at the intersection of the arts, business, science and innovation. Prior to joining Business to Arts in 2022, Louise was a founding member of a new social sciences, arts, and humanities research lab at The Dock, Accenture’s global research and innovation hub.

An experienced development manager with a proven track record in engaging, influencing, and establishing cross-sectoral partnerships in Ireland and international contexts, Louise previously led on the strategic network development of new Science Gallery locations in London, Melbourne, Bangalore, and on the international development of the Irish Film Institute Player.

Louise’s experience also includes strategy consultation for clients such as the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dept of Education Arts in Education, and Screen Composers Guild, and helped establish Dublin City Culture Company for the City Council. 

She is an alumna of the international Clore and Common Purpose Leadership Programmes, and has served on the Boards of CREATE Ireland and the Irish Architecture Foundation. In 2020 Louise graduated with a Diploma in Legal Studies from The Honorable Society of The King’s Inns and in 2021 received her Diploma in Intellectual Property and Tech Law from the Law Society.

Their mission is to encourage private investment in the arts, which includes supporting sustainable development via capacity-building within the arts sector. 

Business to Arts has 80+ corporate members across professional and financial services, construction, universities, tech and energy companies, government and semi-state agencies, and 170+ arts members ranging from National Cultural Institutions to small arts venues and individual artists across every artform.
